- Raspberry Jam (or Jam of choice)
- 300g Flour
- 150g Butter
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Water
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4 and use the middle shelf!
Step 1: Mix the flour, sugar, and butter together until they become like crumbs.
Step 2: Then gradually add the water to the crumb like texture until it creates a dough.
Step 3: Now, I made mine rather thick and deep – So I used a muffin tin and I tore off the dough and I created a base in the tin. If you would like your’s thinner you can roll it out and use a cutter to make the base.
Step 4: Add a spoon full of Jam into the base.
Step 5: Place them into the oven for 15 minutes or until the dough base is golden. Then allow them to cool and enjoy!
